Guest guest
If *de-hulling soy beans is as time consuming as de-hulling Mung beans it could sure be work. I only sprout apx. 1/2 cup of Mung beans at a time by soaking them in water overnight. As they start to sprout the hulls start to come off but it takes time to separate them and I have not found an easy way to do it other than picking them out. You might try a handfull and see if the hulls are easier to remove. If anyone else has sprouted beans and found an easy way to remove the hulls please let me know.
