Christie and banana leaves and tamales and hominy

Christie you will really like the tamales. Tie them closed with some

kite string. If I was over there I would climb right up the tree and

get you some banana leaves. I like tamales made in banana leaves too.

Did you ever eat posole/hominy the puffed up corn kernels?

It's good in soup.

Bless you, Paul - just as well you are in L.A. or we would both end up

in Saughton gaol, LOL. I have never seen hominy over here. I can see

that I shall have to come to California sometime for an eating

holiday.
