I make a version something like Zena's recipe. I love hot food so I

always add jalapenos but just to warn you, the jarred jalapenos are

still hot so don't use as much as you would of the mild canned style

peppers. Make sure to mince the jalapenos very fine.

Serve as a side dish with a salad for lunch or it goes as a side dish

with dinner or you can just eat a scoop after dinner.
