There's a folder under beans and it has a whole bunch of chile recipes, the crockpot folder would have many no hassle recipes and then there's a kids love to eat folder set up too. How about the casserole folder? Those are usually pretty easy to assemble. I'll look through my recipes for you. You could make some of the different spaghetti sauces up and freeze.
