How much banana would you try? I'm also trying to use less sugar when

baking so I'm curious about the amount you would try.

Hi, Zena! For that one, I think, with a good ripe spotty banana - I'd

go with half of a medium one, maybe even a third. It doesn't take

much to sweeten things once you're used to it.
