You don't need to figure out how to get vegan whipped cream now. A new product called Soyatoo! soy whip is available this month. The ingredients are organic, though they are not allowed to list it as such because the item has nitrous oxide in the cannister (you can check out this info at Viana.com). The product is from Germany and also sell just the cream there to whip yourself. No nasty chemicals. I just called my Whole Foods and asked them to carry it. Here is their product code to have them order from theri distributors UNFI-11051. From their e-mail: Hello, Thank you for your interest in Soyatoo! Soy Whip. The item is available in the US as of this week. If you would like more information on the product please contact me. If you let me know where you are located in the US I will be able to help you locate it at a store near you.
