I LOVE THESE PATTIES>.. my family all decided these are to be repeated, and often... and the ease with which they are made, I have to say, I'm thrilled! next time, I'll make a double recipe. let's see... what did I do different?? well, I used a rounded cup of brown rice, I used a red onion about 1/2 a cup and I upped the garlic a little (but that probably doesn't suprise anyone who knows me... I always up the garlic!) I used tahini in place of the sesame oil, since I don't have any, I used less celery... although I don't know how much... basically I minced one stalk. and I used closer to 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast. funny... I was thinking I followed the recipe pretty close... but I guess I made a few alterations... lol I really thought the red onion looked nice baked in there... specks of deep red.. these are DELISH! actually, it was really tasty raw... the tofu could be frozen and steamed, and the chewy crumbly texture.. it would make a nice sandwich not even baked... or spread for crackers.. i love this recipe! =) jenni , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > How did they turn out for you, did you make any > changes or did I miss a post?
