Guest guest Posted March 8, 2006 Report Share Posted March 8, 2006 Good morning Group, I read an article this morning about a recent study in Japan about the benifits of drinking Green Tea. According to this study 2 cups of Green Tea daily may help reduce the risk/protect us from getting Alzheimers and dementia. This study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition stated that by drinking the 2 cups per day one is at least 50 % less likely to show cognitive impairment than those who drank regular tea.
