Guest guest
That is a very old recipe from hippie era that my girlfriend and I made up. She used to make it once a week for sure no matter what. I finally named it when I posted it. I put it in a regular loaf metal loaf pan. I've never used glass. It should be wet but stick together when you form it, I just place in pan and kind of press it to the sides. I'm so happy to hear you and DH enjoyed it. Brush some BBQ sauce across the top. You can spray the top with a fine mist of cooking spray and it will brown a little more for you. Donna --- Amy <sandpiperhiker wrote: > I made Donna's Peaceloaf last night. We ate it with mustard! :-) DH would eat it with BBQ, but I don't like it and he hasn't bought any in a long time. I will try it again in a metal pan, and spray the top with oil. Thank you! :-)
