Korean Spinach Soup 1/2 lb. fresh spinach leaves, washed and chopped 2 green onions, sliced(include tops) 2 garlic cloves, squeezed 1 Tbl. sesame oil 1/2 cup reconstituted TVP or 1/2 cup of Crumbles 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 scant tsp. red pepper flakes(more if desired) salt & pepper to taste 4 cups vegetable broth Heat sesame oil in soup pot and and TVP, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, red pepper,salt & pepper. Saute for 30 seconds. Add broth and spinach. Bring to a boil, cover pot and lower flame to simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes.
