PT, I also made the Penne Pasta recipe tonight. It was really great and

sooooo quick! My husband had seconds.

 

The only adjustment I made was to add mushrooms with the garlic and seeds

when I sauteed them (we LOVE mushrooms here) and I added some freshly grated

Parmesan cheese just before I served it.

 

You know, I have made a dish similar to this for years. I either steam,

saute or roast the veggies to put on the pasta. But this just shows you how

easy it is to change a spice or add a few sunflower seeds and you have a brand

new dish! This taste nothing like any dish I've made but all I did was change

the spice. Cooking doesn't have to be difficult, does it?
