need vegan loaf recipe - Amy & Shelly

I sprayed the loaf pan, I usually don't let it sit and

just run the table knife around the edges and place a

serving plate over top of pan and turn. I think it

might be a good idea to let it sit a few minutes but

they always seem firm to me. I think what I probably

do is test the mixture before baking. Some lentils

become mushy so if needed I add a little more oats,

breadcrumbs or whatever is being used as a binding.

When I made PT's the mix was a little soft so I just

added more oats, those 3 recipes have been my

regulars, I slice right thru them when serving. Even

better the next day. Now there's an idea, make the

loaf and place in fridge and then serve it for dinner.
