Brown Rice and Tofu Baked Patties Shelly

I saw this recipe and thought I would coat them with

bread crumbs instead of flour. Was the rice cold,

leftover?

If the cookie sheet is oiled they should turn easily,

I would think as they bake they will dry up some.

Let us know, they sound wonderful.

Shelly feel free to change the recipe around and when

I file Fiona's recipe I will put your notes in there

too.

I love feedback. Chanda did a change with a crabcake

recipe so it's like having two recipes in one.

OK I will make these brown rice patties too. They do

sound very good and I always have my eyes open for a

recipe using nutl. yeast.
