Guest guest
Now you know I love to cook with liquor so here we go. I have a coconut rum ball recipe if you are interested. Kenia might enjoy this one too. You can saute garlic, onions, one shallot, red pepper flakes, minced serrano or jalapeno pepper (I only use 1/4 of a pepper LOL) with some finely chopped fresh spinach or cilantro and add in some slivered almonds or pepitas, do the saute with a good virgin olive oil. Boil up some angel hair or linguine and just before you toss both together add a spalsh of coconut rum to the saute. Tequila works too. Enjoy!
