Hmmm.... maybe she's low in serotonin? Sugar is supposedly a trigger to release something or other that increases it and makes us feel better (temporarily)... try giving her more potatoes! I know a respected book on kicking sugar advocates a potato before bed each night.
Guest guest
Oh she eats potatoes just about every single day, everything is different with her now. She all of the sudden doesn't care for the color blue and that's always been her favorite. She wants to watch the news and couldn't stand it before. --- Amy <sandpiperhiker wrote: > > Now that my Mom is 82 she seems to love everything > I > > feed her and asks for seconds. Jenni - " The Sugar Addict's Total Recovery Program " by Kathleen DesMaisons. PS Jenni - I mentioned on Feral but in case you haven't read there - another place I liked in Rockville - Il Pizzico in Rockville. It's on Gude Drive, and looks like a dive in a strip mall, but is really cozy and romantic inside. YUMMY. WHen you sit, they serve you bread and *tapenade* drool....
