Mike keeping herbs fresh

How? Say if I buy cilantro, so I just add a potato to

the cilantro and put in the fridge?

well.. the way i used it was if you bought a ziplock bag of

especially dry " herbs " I'd throw in a piece of potato or apple, and

it would be a lot more moist and burn better... haven't tried it

with anthing legal....
