Guest guest
I think there is something to the theory about the cuke seeds causing the after taste, burping thing . I noticed that when eating the tiny new cukes used for pickles, I can eat several of them raw and no after effects but the large cukes with the big seeds are the trouble causers. So now if they have large seeds I scoop them out. I also cut off the ends of my cukes, and rub the two parts together until I see the *foam*. For some strange reason I never get a bitter cuke after doing this. I love those long skinny cukes. My neighbor grew them in his garden and they are wonderful. Happy First Day of March to you all Sending smiles and hugs your way Deanna
