Homemade Stir Fry Sauce 2 cups vegetarian broth 1/4 cup cooking sherry 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup Oriental rice wine vinegar 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 inch piece of ginger root, peeled and grated dash of sesame oil 1/4 scant cup raw brown sugar 1/3 cup plus 1 tbl. cornstarch I whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until blended.
