Guest guest Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 Noticing the difference in opinions, likes and dislikes of Peppermint I just want to say that as a Vegetarian eating mostly raw vegetables and fruits I tend to have , shall we say *gastrointestinal tract conditions known as flatulence..Ok *gas* ..LOL Peppermint tea has been known for ages to relieve indigestion and gas. I happen to love it but I can understand why some do not. I have the same problem with Curry. I just cannot make myself like it. Haven't tried it for years so maybe I should again, just to see if my taste has changed. Anyway next time you eat too much, have gas or need a safe aid to digestion drink a cup of Peppermint Tea. I buy bulk organic so I can adjust the amount. PS I made the Avocado Boats for lunch yesterday and they were great. I paid an arm and a leg for the Avocado and cukecumber but it was worth it.
