Guest guest
Temps in the 70's here today in my part of Colorado so I have Spring Fever. It's going to be a sandals and tshirt day so I am fixing avacodos boats for lunch. Avocado Boats 2 avocados sliced into halves(don't forget to thoroughy wash outside skin before cutting). Remove seed and carefully scoop out the insides leaving the shell intact. I like to leave the avocado a little lumpy..Mash if you like Mix avacodo with 2 green onion bulbs diced (save tops for garnish) 1 small cucumber diced 2 radishes diced 1 small ripe tomato diced 1/2 cup sprouts(any kind) 2 tablespoons tamari(or to taste) 1/4 teaspoon sea salt(or to taste ) 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder Mix all ingregients well and fill empty avocado shells. Garnish with chopped green onion tops.. PS..I will add a dollop of dilly sour cream to the top of mine and a few thin slices of soy cheese What a wonderous fruit I do declare The bumpy Aligator Pear Deanna Wash thoroughly. Cut into, remove seed and carefull scoop out the insides leaving the shell intact.
