Hi Gloria,

Sorry I don't have the nutritional breakdown on this

soup. It does freeze well and so does my root soup in

the files.

Only soups I don't have luck freezing are ones with

large chunks of potatoes, the potatoes always end up

drawing water.

HEy DOnna... this is an interesting thing.. the potato freeze

thing... I just read somewhere that you can freeze potatoes, then

defrost them and drain all the water they draw, and then those taters

will last longer...

 

I'll have to find more info on it.. still.. I thought it interesting!
