I think that's what terrifies me so I've never tried

to can anything.

I don't want to can a batch and give to friends that

end up floating around out there in the universe from

some bacteria that going into the batch (:-O Donna

I didn't want to scare anyone off LOL I just think it is important

to use proper equipment and procedure. Canning really is lots of fun

and practical (especially if you have a garden)
