Guest guest
Aztec Beans in the Crockpot 1 pound uncooked black beans 1 onion, chopped, 2 garlic cloves, minced 16 oz. jar of salsa (your favorite kind) Rinse black beans. Cover with water, soak all night. Drain beans and place in crockpot with balance of ingredients. Add enough water to just cover beans 2 inches. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. They are good in enchiladas, tacos, burritos or as a side dish. Mail Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments.
