Guest guest Posted February 25, 2006 Report Share Posted February 25, 2006 I make my own bread in a bread maker and had become a bit safe and boring in my breadmaking so I tried a new recipe this week. I adapted a basic white recipe, used half strong white flour, half Canadian Wheaten flour, used 2 Tbsp grapeseed oil in place of butter, added 1 tsp ground cardamom and 75g blanched and skinned pistachios.
