Rapsberry viniagrette over salad mix with raspberries and mandarin oranges

Hello everyone! I'm new to the group and wanted to post a family

favorite here. The salad is pretty to look at along with having

Great flavor!

 

Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

 

Mixed salad greens

1/2 c. raspberries

1/2 c. drained mandarin oranges

 

Vinaigrette:

 

1/4 c. vegetable oil (I use olive oil)

2 T. raspberry vinegar

1 T. honey

1 T. water

1/2 t. dried basil leaves

1/8 t. garlic salt

Dash coarsely ground pepper

 

Arrange raspberries and mandarin oranges on salad greens.

 

Vinaigrette: Combine all ingredients (DO NOT add mixed salad

greens) in jar with tight-fittting lid; shake well. Serve over

fresh greens.

 

The flavor is Awesome!

Nice to meet you. My two favorite things are garlic and salads and I

try to make all my own dressings. This sounds like a must make and

soon too.
