Guest guest Posted February 24, 2006 Report Share Posted February 24, 2006 Spicy Black Bean and Corn Chili (Crockpot) 1 onion, chopped 2 carrots, thinly sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 cups veggie broth 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn 1 (15 ounce) can kidney or pinto beans, drained 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles Dash cayenne pepper Combine everything in your crock pot and cook on HIGH for the first hour.
