Let's see, we've got a large pan of enchiladas, two of James' surprise

casserole (I don't know what's in 'em), two shepherds pies, chili, two

large containers of asian veggie soup, lentil soup, lots of frozen

veggies, Quorn naked cutlets, still a couple of packages of frozen

Smart Ground.

 

Today I'll do some shopping for fresh items. Today is my last day of

work (yay!) and then I start my maternity leave, so I need to make

sure that I have lunch stuff for home.

 

Yes, I am beyond excited. I never understood women when I heard them

say they were done being pregnant; but now I know what they mean! Just

like them, I am ready to have my body back; to be able to put socks

and shoes on comfortably, to be able to get up from sitting or laying

without a struggle, to not burn my belly on our stove anymore! Yet,

another reason to start saving up so we can replace our stove, the

metal part around the oven gets really hot, very dangerous.

 

Maybe I should make some of those dumplings to freeze up as well. I'll

hit the files section before shopping today.
