Guest guest
I would suggest assembling these dumplings and then freezing them. Don't bake them first. Then when ready to bake, put them straight in the oven from the freezer. Most foods do better frozen when they are assembled and completed up to the final cooking stage. However, I have found that some veggies do better frozen if they are blanched first, such as green beans and carrots.
