Guest guest
Here's another of my favorite artichoke recipes. This is also good as a dip. Artichoke and Balsamic Sandwich Filler 1 package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed 1 teaspoon Italian herbs 2 tbls. balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 (8 ounce) carton slices 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 4 tbls. mayo of your choice 1 dash vegetarian Worchestershite sauce Thaw artichoke hearts and pat dry. Marinade hearts with Italian herbs. onions, garlic, balsamic vinegar and mushrooms for a few hours. Mix in the Parmesan, mayo and Worchestershore and place in a corning ware medium size baking dish. Cover partially with foil. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes Serve in as a sanwich filler for rustic or submarine sandwich rolls.
