Creole seasoning Colette

Would love your seasoning recipe. I like to make spice mixes, I know

nothing like a preservative is in them that way.

It's mostly red, white and black pepper and garlic salt. I usually

use some of the blackened Cajun seasoning that I make up, but

commercial Creole or Cajun spice will work just fine.
