Guest guest Posted February 22, 2006 Report Share Posted February 22, 2006 Isis, I do not think these hold up well for re-heating. They are crispy when hot but tend to get soft when cooled. Daughter thinks they would be better deep fried but I don't do that so will do some more experimenting with this recipe because we both like it very much. I have a very small freezer so cannot test them . I served these cute little pouches with a Carrot,cabbage,green pepper slaw.
