Quick Warm White Bean Spread Colette

I'm going to try this recipe. Is the creole seasoning in the market

spice isle? I have never used it, is there a certain mix you make up?

yes, there is Creole seasoning in the spice aisle. Its usually near the

seasoned salt and such, but sometimes near the meat seasonings. It's mostly

red, white and black pepper and garlic salt. I usually use some of the

blackened Cajun seasoning that I make up, but commercial Creole or Cajun spice

will work just fine.

I'll try to type up my blackened seasoning recipe tomorrow, if you're

interested.
