Sloppy Topper (kid friendly meal)

 

1 can sloppy joe sauce

1 can green beans, regular cut not French

3/4 cup reconstituted TVP

prepared mashed potatoes

 

Add sloppy joe sauce and TVP to saucepan & heat

through. Add green beans

to the sloppy joe/TVP mixture. Heat until warm.

Serve over mashed potatoes,

salt & pepper to taste.
