Guest guest Posted February 20, 2006 Report Share Posted February 20, 2006 Here's a little tip. After I make a bundt cake I usualy don't use a frosting. I mix powdered sugar with a little cinnamom and cardamom and sprinkle over the top. I use a parmesan bottle shaker. Another idea is to fill the crater in the center with fresh strawberries, that goes well with a white bundt cake or one with a delicate flavor or it's very good with a chocolate one.
