ouch!!! I took a bread knife to the wrist a couple of months ago. Darn thing

wouldn't stop bleeding and I had to put a big bandage on it. I looked like bad

suicide attempt for a couple of days. Since I took the pad of a finger off with

a clever a couple of decades ago, I try to be careful how I store the sharp

things in the drawer, but I guess I'm getting lax again.

No hurry on the recipe, but I'll be looking forward to getting it!

Collette-wine cake

I'll find my recipe and post it for you. I was in the

middle of making an orange sweet bread this morning.

Do you know what I did this morning?

I reached in the kitchen drawer and ran my finger

across the potato peeler, this thing has a blade on it

like you wouldn't believe. I have so many things to

do around here and I can hardly type. Can't cook or

do my laundry (:-((( I've changed the bandage 10

times now.

I won't forget to post your wine cake recipe, promise.
