Any of the slopy joes or sloppy janes or chili's are good over rice, tossed with pasta of your choice or in the center of mashed potatoes or on baked potatoes. Now that's just my opinion.LOL It works, kids love it that way too. Most of them lost to mix and make their own concoctions, don't they?
