Guest guest
Guadalajara Grill Guacamole (You will love this recipe) 2 Avocados (Haas) 1/2 c Chopped tomato 2 tb Finely chopped onion 1 tb Finely chopped serrano or jalapeno 2 tb Olive oil 1/4 c Chopped cilantro 1 Juice of 1/2 lime Salt and pepper to taste Here's their recipe: Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Add all ingredients and mix gently, crisscrossing two spoons in the bowl. The idea is to leave the avocado in small chunks. Place in bowl and sit avocado pit in center of avocado. This keeps it green and from changing color. This is the best guacamole I have ever eaten. Mail Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments.
