" ~ First of all, warm welcome to the group. i look forward to reading your posts and sharing recipes with you. Now aren't those school lunches the worst? Ugh! In the school's efforts to make food " kid friendly " i think they have only managed to make the food into fattening, unhealthy fast-food look alikes. Just horrible. If you can, pack your children's lunches. There are many ideas for great lunchbox fillers in the files and also online. It can be difficult if your children want to be like everyone else, but if they stick to it and go boldly forth, they could end up making their friends envious of the great variety of interesting foods they are eating.
