Thanks so much. I'm all excited in making new enchiladas. Deanna do you chop

the watnuts?

I usually make Mexican rice from Donna's recipe and fill the tortillas with

rice and beans and they are wonderful but I wanted to try making different

versions. My Mom's (Sissy) filling is way too hot for me. Ouch!!!!!

Thanks again to the 3 of you. I printed the recipes and hopefully I can try

one this weekend.

I'll try to post a recipe a bit later.
