Guest guest
I make this all the time. Good thing my fiance loves it too. Pasta and garlic (pasta con Aglio) 1 lb. pasta (spaghetti, spirals or shells) 4 to 5 cloves of garlic, pressed 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese ( I grate it fresh) 5 to 6 tbls. good virgin olive oil While pasta is boiling make the pasta coating. In a bowl mix garlic, parmesan, olive oil and pepper flakes together, blend until it forms a paste. When pasta is done, toss with the garlic cheese mixture and eat. *** You can add some chopped fresh basil and diced Roma tomatoes and change the recipe around to suit your taste. Autos.
