Guest guest Posted February 15, 2006 Report Share Posted February 15, 2006 Horsey Carrots 9 medium carrots, sliced 1/2 cup (little less) mayo 1/2 onion, grated 2 tablespoons horseradish 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley bread crumbs Steam carrots until tender. Combine all ingredients and place into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven 350F.
