Guest guest Posted February 14, 2006 Report Share Posted February 14, 2006 This is how I make my veggie burgers: Mince: a small zucchini (can use food processor for the mincing) 4 oz mushrooms Grate: 1/2 cup parmesan 1/2 cup mozarella Mix with 2 T tomato paste 1 egg white 3/4 cup bulgur Form into 6 patties and bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes.
