The sweetener I use most at home is sucanat. I do bake with regular sugar sometimes but often I cut back or replace some or all of it with sucanat. I don't think carbonated sodas are healthy although I do have one on occasion. I try to stick with the natural ones because I don't like high fructose corn syrup. I might have a coke out at a restaurant occasionally but if I do it too much it makes my teeth sensitive. I avoid aspartame and splenda like the plague. When I buy juice I buy only 100% juice. Susan ps. thanks to everyone about the tea bag info. I have been looking for the ones with staples because I read once that whatever is used to glue or seal the teabags together is carcinogenic.
