I have cut down on butter and use some Earth Balance and I agree with Steff, it got better tasting as I used it a little more but there is nothing to replace my butter and I will not give it up. I will print this recipe out to make soon. I almost bought asparagus yesterday too. IT was kind of wilted so I passed it up.
