I don't use it a lot of it and I do use Earth Balance now and then but it has to be the real thing on certain foods and in most of my baked goods. Guest guest Posted February 12, 2006 Report Share Posted February 12, 2006 I remember over a year ago, I was in the market and a little elderly lady was checking out what I had in my basket (mostly wholefoods) and she said, " Dear, have you ever tried the Earth Balance buttery spread? It tastes just like butter, is much better for you , and is on sale this week. " I thought, what the heck....let's give it a try. RIGHT! It tastes just like butter.....NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Funny thing is, at the time, I decided that the lady had probably lost most of her sense of taste, yet now, over a year later, I use it all the time and like it!
