HI Donna:

This sounds good, I am wondering if it could be made with silken tofu

instead of the eggs. Although I am not vegan I don't cook with or eat eggs, I

really, really don't like eggs I find them yucky. Not to say if I go out to

eat

that I won't eat pancakes or a piece of cake, I just don't use them.

Never been a fan of milk either never liked the taste.

Hi Gayle,

I suggest you experiment with the recipe. It was not

a vegetarian recipe when I first can across it and I

made it vegetarian by using the Soyrizo but I haven't

left out the eggs. I don't care for eggs either but I

do bake and use them in some cooked recipes.

Happy Saturday! Donna
