Guest guest
I know you love your onions and here's my favorite way to use capers. Zena Balsamic and Caper Marinated Red Onions 3 med red onions 1 tbl. virgin olive oil 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt to taste 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbl. capers Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut the onions in half, peel off the outer layer of skin and slice thinly. Toss onions in a medium-size pan with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Cover the pan tightly and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the onions are tender. Stir in the capers and season to taste with additional salt and pepper if needed. Autos. Looking for a sweet ride?
