Cheese and Dill Scones question

These look good, Sue. What is half and half, please? Up here a half

and a half means a half pint of beer and a fifth of whisky but that

seems an unlikely addition to a scone recipe.

It's half way between whole milk and rich pure cream.

I believe this would be a close description.

No for sure it's not liquor..(:- ) Donna
