Lavender Berry Margaritas recipe

Lavender Berry Margaritas

 

1 cup tequila

1/3 cup triple sec

1/2 cup limeade or lemonade concentrate

1 cup canned coconut milk

2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries

2 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries

4 ice cubes

1 teaspoon dried lavender (crush with pestle & mortar)

 

In a blender combine tequila, triple sec,lavender,

coconut milk and lime juice.

Cover and blend on high, then gradually add berries

and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.

Rub glass rims with lime and dip into salt. Add a

lavender sprig for garnish if desired.
