I can really tell a difference in my energy level if I skip my vitamin.

I take Rainbow one a day with no iron.

I also include a CoEnzyme CQ10 and I try to integrate some yeast flakes into

my meals often.

I make sure to cook quite a few various grains and beans on weekends so I can

make quick healthy dinners during the week.
